We dispatch goods immediately after receipt of payment via DHL, DPD, GLS, HERMES, or Deutsche Post.
The choice of shipping service depends on the size and weight of the parcels.

Payment methods:
Cash payment upon pickup:
You can collect your items by prior appointment (phone: +49 1590 4838258) at our warehouse at Chr.-Friedrich-Schwan-Straße 12, 68167 Mannheim, and pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
Prepayment (bank transfer):
You pay the invoice amount in advance by bank transfer to our account. Our bank details including BIC / IBAN for EU transfers will be sent to you in the order confirmation by email. A domestic transfer within Germany is usually credited to our account after approx. 2 working days; for transfers from other EU countries, it usually takes about 5–8 days until the money is received.
PayPal:
If you pay via PayPal (balance or credit card), the payment is transferred instantly to our PayPal account, allowing us to ship your order immediately.
PayPal – Purchase on account:
When selecting the payment method “Purchase on account (via PayPal Plus)”, the purchase price becomes due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. The purchase price must then be paid within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the invoice without any deduction to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”). The “Purchase on account (via PayPal Plus)” option requires a successful credit check by PayPal. If PayPal authorizes this payment method, the payment process is handled by PayPal, to whom the seller assigns the payment claim. In this case, payment may only be made to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. The seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. regarding the product, delivery, returns, complaints, cancellation declarations, or refunds). The PayPal terms of use apply and can be reviewed and confirmed during checkout.

If you pay by credit card via PayPal, the payment is processed instantly, and your items can be shipped immediately.

If you pay by direct debit via PayPal, the payment is processed instantly, and your items can be shipped immediately.
