Shipping methods
After payment has been received, we ship with DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes or Deutsche Post. The carrier used depends on the size and weight of the parcel. If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know by email or in the comment field during checkout.

Payment methods

Bank transfer in advance
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. You will receive our bank details (including IBAN/BIC) with your order confirmation by email.
Depending on availability during checkout, you can pay via PayPal using your PayPal account, credit or debit card, SEPA direct debit or invoice.
The payment methods offered may vary depending on PayPal, the order value and, where applicable, a required credit check. The PayPal terms shown during checkout apply.
Amazon Pay
Use the payment details stored in your Amazon account and pay conveniently by bank or credit card – without creating a new account or using additional passwords.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer various payment options.
The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Cash payment on collection
After arranging an appointment in advance (Phone: 01590 4838258), you can collect your items from our warehouse at Chr.-Friedrich-Schwan-Straße 12, 68167 Mannheim, and pay the invoice amount in cash.
